Colombian Medellin Supremo green coffee beans. It has a little sweet flavor, but with lingering fruitiness and a bitter-sweet cocoa quality as it cools in the cup. Very well balanced, with moderate acidity. It produces an exceptionally smooth cup, and the depth of the flavor is superb.
