The flavor is a delightful mix of tones--lemon, dark brown sugar, dark chocolate, annd caramel--decidedly sweet and tangy. Because the coffee is grown at such an extreme elevation, the acidity had a chance to fully develop. This is a very crisp, lively cup--very citrusy with lemon, orange and lime notes all coming into play. We really like the long, juicy, clean fading finish.
