Nicaraguan Selva Negra Estate Green Coffee Beans. Selva Negra coffee is organically and shade grown in the highlands of Nicaragua in the Matagalpa region. Selva Negra is a micro region in the Maltagalpa area with a very unique soil and climate. Selva Negra is Rainforest Alliance certified coffee. The quintessential Nicaraguan Estate coffee has a perfect triangular balance of body, flavor and acidity. Bittersweet chocolate with a velvet finish, the depth of this cup tends to increase as the coffee cools.
